The honest answer: no software “is” GeBüV compliant. No state certification exists for any product. Compliance arises from capable software, correct configuration and processes people actually follow. Odoo brings the technical side: a SHA-256 hash chain, an audit trail, irreversible lock dates and full exportability.
We set it up so that your auditor gets what they want to see: as evidence rather than as an assertion.
Before you write
Nothing. 30 minutes online, we listen and assess whether Odoo is the right thing for you. If it is not, we say so. Then you have invested half an hour instead of a project.
You do need one, and it is deliberately not included. You pay the licence directly to Odoo, we add no margin and earn nothing on it. We help you choose between Odoo Online and Odoo.sh free of charge.
Then the Rocket Start is not the right thing. A business analysis or a workshop package is. We look at what is going wrong in your instance instead of starting from zero.
Then we say so beforehand, not afterwards. Further time runs through workshop packages at fixed prices. There is no open invoice that surprises you at month end.
Yes. For Swiss clients VAT/FTA, QR invoice, GeBüV and Swissdec apply; for German clients GoBD, DATEV export and DIN 5008. Both are set up and in use.
