We start with the apps that solve your biggest problem and explain as we go at every step. Every session doubles as training.
Going live and staying reachable
You work productively and can operate the system yourself. We stay reachable, but you do not need us for every little thing.
Two ways in
Business analysis or a direct start
Which route fits depends on how clear your processes already are. In the first conversation we tell you what we recommend for you.
Business analysis
We go through your process and separate things openly: what can Odoo do in the standard, and what genuinely needs development? You get a sample system with your own data and an effort estimate for the implementation.
The scope depends on how complex your structures are. In practice that is usually 20 to 80 hours for a proof of concept.
Rocket Start
Live in under 10 hours of support. Sales, purchasing, inventory and CRM cleanly set up in the standard, your master data migrated, your team trained.
Deliberately without custom development. Whatever you need on top afterwards, we add step by step.

When Odoo fits and when it does not
Odoo is a good fit if
- you run several programs side by side that know nothing about each other
- the same data is typed in more than once
- you are between 2 and 50 people
- you are willing to adapt processes to a standard
Odoo is rather not a fit if
- your company has very particular processes that are not negotiable
- you are looking for a system that works without any learning
- you need an industry solution that exists off the shelf
You already have a system? Then nothing has to go overnight. Odoo can be introduced step by step and may run alongside your existing programs for a while. We migrate at your pace, not at ours.
