Operation of this website

This website runs on the Odoo Online platform of Odoo S.A., based in Belgium. When a page is called up, technical access data arises there: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, browser and operating system. This data is needed for secure and stable operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning and secure web presence (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Fonts and external services

The fonts used on this website are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other font service is made when a page loads. We embed no advertising networks, no social media plugins and no external analytics services.

Cookies and local storage

We use technically necessary cookies that the operation of the site requires, for instance for the session, the language choice and the shopping cart in the shop. In addition, your browser remembers locally whether you want to see prices in francs or in euros and whether you have already seen the opening animation. This information does not leave your device.

Cookies that are not technically necessary are only set with your consent. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.

Getting in touch

If you contact us through the form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide in order to answer your enquiry. That is usually your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Enquiries are recorded in our Odoo system as a lead. We keep them for as long as they are needed for processing and for statutory retention obligations, and delete them afterwards.

Booking an appointment

If you pick an appointment online, we store your name, your email address, the chosen time slot and any optional notes about your request, in order to confirm and hold the appointment.

Live chat

A chat window is available on the website. If you use it, we process your messages in order to answer your question. Please do not enter any particularly sensitive data in the chat. The chat runs on the same Odoo platform as the website.

Customer account and orders

For access to the customer portal and for orders in the shop we process your master, contract and invoicing data. This processing is necessary for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). Invoice records are subject to statutory retention periods and remain stored until those expire.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell data. Disclosure only takes place where it is necessary for operations, for instance to our platform operator, to payment providers in the case of an order, or to our fiduciary in the course of bookkeeping, as well as where we are legally obliged to do so. Appropriate contracts are in place with service providers who process data on our behalf.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on a legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
