Four apps, your data, your people
Sales and purchasing
Quotations, order confirmations, purchase orders and goods receipt set up in the standard, with your number ranges and your invoice layout.
Inventory
Product data, stock levels and reordering rules, so that a sale takes the stock down directly.
CRM
Enquiries, follow ups and history in one place, so that a colleague covering can carry on immediately.
Master data migrated
Customers, vendors and products imported from your existing lists and checked.
Training included
Every session doubles as training. At the end you operate the system yourself.
Go live accompanied
We are reachable on the day of the switch and keep an eye on the first few days.
What is not included. You pay the Odoo licence directly to Odoo, we add no margin. Accounting, payroll and interfaces are not part of the package. Whatever you need beyond it we bill at the hourly rate, or we add a workshop package to it.

1. First conversation
30 minutes online, free of charge. We look at whether the Rocket Start suits you, and say so if it does not.
2. Preparation
You supply your master data as a list. We set the instance up and prepare the import.
3. Setting up and training
Across several sessions we set the four apps up and explain every step as we go.
4. Go live
You work productively. We stay close during the first few days.

Questions about the Rocket Start
What happens if the ten hours are not enough?
Then we say so beforehand, not afterwards. Further time runs through workshop packages at fixed prices or at the hourly rate of 140 francs or 145 euros net. There is no open invoice that surprises you at month end.
Is accounting included?
No, deliberately not. Swiss accounting with VAT by FTA form line and GeBüV compliant archiving is work of its own and does not belong in a fixed price package. We set it up afterwards, billed by effort.
How long does the whole thing take?
Usually two to four weeks from the first conversation, depending on how quickly your master data is ready.
Do I need Odoo Enterprise?
That depends on the apps you want to use. We clarify it in the first conversation, before you license anything. We earn nothing on your licence.
And if I already use Odoo?
Then the Rocket Start is not the right thing. A business analysismakes more sense, where we look at what is going wrong in your instance.
