Odoo Partner
Odoo Partner for Switzerland and Germany
KAPEO Solutions is an official Odoo Partner based in Oensingen in the canton of Solothurn. We implement Odoo for small and medium sized companies, set up Swiss and German accounting correctly from the start, and stay your dedicated point of contact afterwards.
The role
What an Odoo Partner actually does
Odoo sells software. An Odoo Partner makes sure that software fits your company. That is the whole difference, and it decides whether an implementation succeeds.
Setting up instead of selling
We translate your processes into standard Odoo: products, accounts, taxes, permissions, reports. Only once that stands do we talk about extra development.
Translating between the shop floor and the software
You explain how you work. We say how Odoo covers it and where you are better off changing a process than the software.
Knowing the local rules
VAT by FTA form line, GeBüV compliant archiving, QR invoice, Swissdec payroll, and for Germany GoBD and the handover to DATEV.
Staying once it is live
The real questions come after go live. We are still there then, with the same person who set your system up.
Comparison
Straight from Odoo or through a partner
Both are possible and both have their place. Here is what you get in each case, written out openly.
Straight from Odoo
- Licence and hosting from a single source, a very fast start
- A standardised implementation following a fixed procedure
- Changing points of contact, often in a different time zone
- You have to ask for the Swiss specifics yourself
With KAPEO as your partner
- A dedicated team that knows your company and speaks your language
- Swiss and German accounting set up correctly from the start
- Every session doubles as training, you work on your own afterwards
- We also tell you when Odoo is not the right fit somewhere
You can combine the two. Licence and hosting stay with Odoo, we take on the implementation and the support. You can always try Odoo yourself, free of charge and without a credit card
Qualification
What our partner status means in practice
Official Odoo Partner means: a direct line to Odoo, access to partner support and ongoing certification on the current version. Our consulting is functionally certified on Odoo 18 and Odoo 19.
Current versions
We work with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19 and know what changed between the versions.
Enterprise and Community
We tell you openly which edition is enough for your size and your requirements.
Access to Odoo
When a case genuinely belongs in the software, it goes on through the partner channel instead of into a hold queue.
Effort you can follow
145 euros or 140 francs per hour, net. No package prices that work out more expensive per hour than the hourly rate.

Frequently asked
Questions about the Odoo Partner
What does an Odoo Partner cost?
With us 145 euros or 140 francs per hour, net. The Rocket Start is a fixed price entry offer, the business analysis is billed by effort, in practice usually 20 to 80 hours for a proof of concept. You pay the Odoo licence separately to Odoo.
Do I even need an Odoo Partner?
If you only write invoices, you will get quite far with Odoo alone. As soon as accounting, inventory, payroll or interfaces come in, a partner saves you more time than they cost. In the first conversation we tell you honestly which category your case falls into.
What separates an official partner from an independent consultant?
Partner status is tied to certifications and to running projects. Two practical things follow from that: access to partner support at Odoo and the obligation to stay on the current version.
Do you also work with Odoo Community?
Yes. We look at which apps you really need and then say whether Community is enough or whether Enterprise pays off. Accounting and Swissdec payroll usually speak for Enterprise.
How quickly can an implementation start?
Usually within two weeks of the first conversation. The Rocket Start gets you live in under 10 hours of support, provided your processes can be covered in the standard.
Do you take over an existing Odoo?
Yes. We look at what is set up, say openly what is sound and what should be rebuilt, and take over the support from there.
