Six changes that small and medium-sized companies will notice in their daily work.
You describe a workflow to the AI agent in everyday language. It explains what it is about to do, then the process runs on its own: confirm an order as soon as the matching email arrives, assign leads, create a project once the contract is signed.
Prefer an external AI tool? Connect it to your database once and it reads and writes your data, strictly within the access rights the user already has.

The main changes are AI agents that automate workflows from a plain-language description, an offline mode, an accounting agent with analysis and bill payments straight from Odoo, Field Service as part of Planning, and a lead directory of more than 580 million companies in the CRM.
Not on day one. If you use custom modules or integrations, run the upgrade in a test database first and wait for the first maintenance releases. Without customisations, the switch is usually quicker.
