We check it honestly
Many systems can be connected, some not sensibly. Write to us which system you run. You will get an honest assessment, even if it says the effort is not worth it.
We do not advise on choosing a phone system. But we will tell you what to watch for so that a connection to Odoo stays possible later.
On data protection, because the question always comes up. What is logged is connection data, meaning direction, time, duration and the matched contact. Call content is not recorded. Connection data is personal data; we document which data flows where, so that you can take it into your record of processing activities.
